Swiebodzin 06.11.2010 Poland.
People watch as the arms of Jesus are lifted to be mounted onto the body of his statue in Swiebodzin, 110 km (68 miles) west of Poznan, western Poland. A project conceived by local Catholic priest Sylwester Zawadzki and paid for by private donations, the statue of Jesus Christ, touted by its builders to be the largest in the world, will measure 33 metres and weigh 440 tonnes.
